Assistive Technology: Principles and Practices

4.1

                                                              Pro's and Con's

The Pro's outweighed the con's in this summary. The websites were very helpful and gave insight to techniques that I didn't know about. Everyone everywhere is talking about 21st century classroom. Technology is the driving force and needs to be enforced in all classroom settings. It gives  variety and resources. We now live in a diverse globalized and complex society and emerging technologies provide unlimited possibilities. You are never too old or young to make your voice heard.
The 21st century education is flexible, creative and challenging. I believe I loved the cmichaels blog the best because it was very creative and was eye catching right from the beginning. I love the quote "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn. It made me curious to know what is a webquest. Zobeidafernandez blog started out with an interesting quote also" Arriving at one goal is the starting point to another. I totally agree with this blog it offers the ideal framework for students and teachers  to mediate on important issues.

My con's were that the Trulia blog wasn't that helpful in my opinion and I disagree with the comment that educators should not use the pencil-paper technique, it is still a great technique to me but that is just my opinion.
